Cambodia opposition retracts claim of election win

Cambodia's opposition retracted its claim of a surprise victory in elections Sunday against strongman premier Hun Sen.
In a new statement headed "Correction", the Cambodia National Rescue Party thanked voters for their support but gave no indication of whether it believed it was leading the race.
